The centre is situated in the area of Warszawska, Rzemieślnicza and Podmiejska Streets near the S7 expressway from Warsaw to Gdańsk in the immediate vicinity of Tesco, Biedronka, KFC drive-thru and a BP petrol station will have the biggest commercial offer in the area.

99% of its surface area will be commercialised. 13 shops will be situated there, including brands such as CCC, Rossmann, RTV Euro AGD, Jysk, Martes Sport, KIK, Amica Pharmacy. The Netto chain is the food operator of the project. The offer will be supplemented with 5 smaller commercial premises (a bakery, a butcher's shop, a news-stand, a lingerie shop and a computer shop). The last premises with a surface area of 50 square metres. 170 free parking spaces will be available for drivers.

The building design of the Park was prepared by the M.Art Michał Szczęsny architectural design studio from Białystok. The PBM “Lachendrowicz” is the general contractor. The Mallson Polska company is responsible for the commercial concept and rental.
