There are 13 shops at Mila Park including: CCC, Rossmann, RTV Euro AGD, Jysk, Martes Sport, KiK, Amica Pharmacy. The Netto chain is the food operator of the project. The offer will be supplemented with five smaller commercial premises (a bakery, a butcher's shop, a news-stand, a lingerie shop and a computer shop). Customers can use 170 parking spaces. The implementation of the second stage of the project is already being planned, which will additionally enrich the centre's offer by adding a few new shops. The building design was prepared by the M.Art Michał Szczęsny architectural design studio from Białystok. The PBM Lachendrowicz was the general contractor. The Mallson Polska company was responsible for the commercial concept and rental.
