Customer Service Office employees take care of our customers' needs from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m. They can be contacted on the hotline and also using forms on the menu on the left side. Each Customer Service Office employee provides their professional knowledge, which undoubtedly helps to solve most problems connected with the purchase and servicing of a shower enclosure.

It should also be added that, apart from the support from the Customer Service Office, Durasan also has a network of authorised service centres in individual Polish provinces (a list of service technicians can be found on the homepage). Each service technician offers both consulting assistance and technical support.
